Job description:

Responsibilities:

1. Improve the company's recruitment process and system, and release recruitment information through existing recruitment channels.

2. Establish talent pool, carry out resume screening, telephone communication, preliminary interview result evaluation, and follow-up of re examination results.

3. Organize and follow up the implementation of the training plan, act as the induction training instructor, and follow up the effect feedback after the training.

4. Other work arranged by the leader.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource is preferred.

2. At least two years working experience in the same position.

3. Strong communication skills, lively and cheerful personality, team spirit and sense of responsibility.
